With the Phone Technology PINLESS feature you can activate the numbers where you will call from most frequently (your cell phone, home phone, office phone) and our system will automatically recognize you and authenticate the call. There's no need to remember an account number and PIN when you dial from numbers that you have previously setup. How it Works
Login to your Control Panel.
Click on "Calling Card Setup".
Choose a 5 digit PIN number.
Enter a phone number and description for those numbers you wish to register with pinless dialing.
Dial a calling card gateway.
Wait for the dial tone, then dial the number you wish to call.

Sign Up Online
Add additional phone numbers to your existing account by logging into the user Control Panel and select Place Order
For U.S. and Canada Phone Numbers choose the product US/CA DID Number.
For International Phone Numbers choose the product International DID Number.
Once the order is provisioned, login to the user Control Panel, DID numbers tab to choose a Virtual Number for the new Phone Number to ring on.
If you're not yet an Phone Technology customer, place your order for the plan of your choice and then follow the steps above. You can choose to have a Phone Number only plan by purchasing our Pay as you go account and then adding the Phone Number once.
Note: U.S. and Canada Phone Numbers require you to configure 911 service the first time you login to the user Control Panel.
Online Recharging of Call Credit[up] Anytime day or night!
Recharge your call credit, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into your account and purchasing more call credit. This feature is accessed through your online Control Panel.
How it Works
Login to your Control Panel.
Click on the "Order Service" link.
Enter your phone number and password when prompted.
Select the amount of call credit you would like to purchase.

E911 service requires that customer provide notification to Phone
Technology if Telephone Adaptor is moved to a different address. Phone
Technology does not support use of Phone Technology Residential or Business
Voice Services as a connection between customer's alarm system and the
central monitoring services for all Fire Alarms and High Security Grade-A
type business security alarm systems. Customer must maintain alternate phone
connection for such connections.
